Hi – I’m Tiffine, affectionately known as Coach T, CMC, LMC, CHWC

I’m a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend. I have lots of dreams and aspirations, in the process of truly overcoming all or nothing thinking and have achieved much success by accomplishing intentional goals that I have set for myself. One such goal was to become a Certified Coach as I have personally experienced the blessing of having someone come along side me as a partner, hold me accountable for my decisions while providing the necessary nudges to help me move my dreams from mere ideas – to a realistic plan – to actionable steps and finally – reality. As a Certified Coach, I get to partner with individuals to build awareness, empower choice, and inspire action which encourages lasting lifestyle change.

You are Valuable and every aspect of your life is important. As your coach, I meet You where you are all while supporting you in considering new perspectives as we all must GROW. Naturally a good listener, I will ask thought provoking – sometimes life changing – questions and be your personal sounding board (who doesn’t need one of those ?) as well as co-create new possibilities with You to help you to THRIVE. I will celebrate your progress and accomplishments while simultaneously holding you accountable for the goals that you set for yourself so that you may truly FLOURISH into the person that God desires You to be.

It is a gift to be heard – to have a sense that you have been genuinely understood – to know that you are valued and truly supported. As your personal coach, that is the gift that I desire to offer You.
